Picked up my 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland

On Saturday, I picked up my Overland. Unbelievable vehicle. Search youtube for "corbing12 jeep" to see a couple of short videos from Saturday. I had time to get it on some dirt and gravel and am ordering all terrain tires today. The next item for me to take care of are tow hooks and skid plates.....the current production run doesn't have these options (later availability).

I'm not sure, but that's probably right.

On my order sheet I had a status code, and think the dealer will be giving me the production date once it's been built.

As it stands, the only 2 items I'm uncertain I'll be getting are the Quadra Lift and tow package.

Since it seems people with earlier builds (like you) are now getting the Quadra Lift standard with the Overlands, it looks like mine will have it too (fingers crossed!).

Did your tow package come standard too?

I am very confident you will be getting the quadra lift but I doubt you will get the tow hooks, skid plates, blind spot warning, and front end sensors....I think it will be a couple more months before those options are on the Grands.

Yeah, the front hooks & skid plates are part of the off road package (which I didn't get because I wanted the 20 inch wheels).

As long as I get the QL and tow hitch, I'll be happy!

I was too impatient to wait on the off road package. I am ordering Nitto Terra tires today in size 305/50/20 so that I have some all terrains. I am looking into ordering the skid plates or having some fabricated.
