My girlfriend's parents waited nearly 16 weeks for their '11 Overland w/ Saddle interior. The dealership said that it was the interior color that was least chosen by customers and dealerships, and that Jeep was basically building the GC Overlands w/ Saddle Int all at once to keep costs down.
It's a nice color interior, and I'm all for getting what you want to have, but personally, waiting that long, or possibly not getting as good of a deal on a vehicle due to one color is not something that I prefer to do. I would probably wait until the '12's are out, and buy an '11 that they're trying to get get off their lot.
Most dealerships cannot order new model years until they have cleared out some of the previous model year's inventory. Go at the end of the month and buy something that was built in '10 as an '11, and you'll probably get a great deal.
