Any idea what this might be?
I have not had this problem in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but I had a similar problem in my 2003 Corvette. This quick fix attempt will only take a second, will not cost you anything and you don't have to take anything apart. C5 Corvettes had a common problem of the passenger window not going down and the cause (sometimes) was a stuck motor from infrequent use possibly. The quick fix was to simply sit in the passenger seat, open the door, press and hold the window button in the down position with one hand and then using your other hand slam the door shut, hard. This would somehow shakeup the stuck motor and the window would work fine again. I owned the car for 12 years and maybe had to do that fix maybe 5-6 times. So give it a try while sitting in the backseat. Remember constantly hold the window button in the down position and don't let up until after you slam the door shut. Good Luck!
