a little hard to tell from the angle but I think we are looking at stock trailhawk 18" rims which are a gunmetal grey rather unique rim. Those look like an AT tire so also OEM trailhawk?

i vote stock 18s..
the 265/60r18
10.6 inch wide 6.36 of sidewall on each side of the rim. vs the 5.3 inch of tire on each side of the rim on the 20s.
seems to be as tall as the fog light surround.

I think you are correct. Those look to be the OE grey Trailhawk 18" wheels. I have not recognized the tread yet. The Trailhawks came with Silent Armors in 265/60r18, and those are not Silent Armors.

I'm curious about the tires....if anyone knows. Also, Do police vehicles have NY Reg and NYSI stickers? That looks like every civilian vehicle in NY. I mean, I try not to get all that close to police vehicles to notice the sticker arrangement.
