New Jeep- Minor Problems

I just picked up my new Jeep Overland Mineral Gray with Sadle interior last week. I'm head over heels in love with it. I just had a few minor issues.

After about 150 miles, I found a driving position that was comfortable so I commited it to memory. I also set the easy-out seat feature. When ever I press the start button, the seat moves forward, and the tilt wheel goes down. When I shut the motor off, the seat goes back, and the wheel tilts up. However, the telescope portion of the wheel remains fixed- it does not move toward me on entry or away from me on exit. My question: is this supposed to be fixed or is it supposed to telescope back and out when the easy exit feature is selected?

Also, I was able to hand wash the vehichle today. I noticed a small chip (about the size of a frozen pea) on one of the spokes of the wheels. I thought it was a part of a sticker or something, but upon further inspection, it was a chip that was imbedded all the way into the metal. I also noticed a chip under the lug nut on another wheel. I am going to call the dealer, but what is the procedure for this? Do they take the wheel off and recoat it? Or do they put new wheels on the vehichle?

Nothing major, but I really love this vehicle, and I want to keep it perfect!

The telescoping wheel is not part of the easy entry/exit feature but it is part of the memory settings.

I think the chips on your wheels would be considered wear and tear not warranty issue??? I have some on my wheels too. Rocks on the pavement will do this....
