Check engine light

Just had my first major issue with my 2012 GC V6. The check engine light was intermittent and had a slight shudder when idling, so I had my second service due and got it checked. It seems there is an issue with sticking valves and the fix is a complete head replacement.....will update progress when works complete...

Heads are a fairly common fault of the V6. Many have been replaced under warranty, and there are tons of threads on the subject.

Current: 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland V8, 2009 Liberty Rocky Mt V6
Previous: 2000 Grand Cherokee Laredo I6, 1979 CJ7 I6 Quadratrac
