Well my plans continue to change for what I want to do to the jeep. I finally ordered some parts, and was going to order wheels and tires as well this week but decided to hold off on that.

aFe stage 2 dry intake
Gibson axle back exhaust

My thoughts on the intake and exhaust:
Drone from exhaust is very minimal in the cab, the exhaust kinda fills in the noise where the intake is quiet. MPG change is still to be determined.

****For anybody who installs intake themselves be very careful when removing sensor they are very fragile and plastic. I snapped mine when trying to pull it out, luckily they only cost $18 (had to call a few dealerships to find one in stock though).

Looks good. What are the plans for wheels and tires? Anything else? Did you order the exhaust from Quadratec?

Not sure what future plans are now, my family is taking delivery of a new raptor Thursday so I might pour some money into that bad boy lol. But wheel and tire I will probably end up with similar to you on mb tko's but in 18's wrapped 265/65/18. I ordered the exhaust from autoanything.

haha i will post some pics of it once it is here, any tips or suggestions for the exhaust install? I know you said you had some issues aligning yours think it would be better to just pay to have it installed? I have all the tools to do it, just dont want to mess it up.

If you have a cut off wheel use that. I just didn't get the saw straight enough. From my prospective it lookedlike it though. The hangers I had to lube ups a lot then pried them out. If you're patient go for it otherwise just pay to have our done.

Decided I hated the aFe badge that was slightly angled, so I pulled it off.

That actually looks to be the best designed cold air intake I've seen so far for the WK2. Pulls from the front air snorkel, blocks off most of the rest of the engine compartment and uses plastic tubing instead of metal. Maybe I'll chuck my Airraid and get that one instead.

Tubing is actually metal but its texture/finish is almost a perfect match the factory engine cover.

Interesting. Quadratec has Aluminized for $240 and Stainless for $322. I would have gotten Stainless if they had it when I placed the order so it could have been welded. Oh well. Maybe I should have looked at Autoanything

Looks good. At least yours is centered unlike mine

Ok wow I got confused and feel stupid now, I bought the one that was aluminized steel not stainless. Yours can be welded because it's steel not aluminum.

The price I paid for mine was I think 220.
