Mopar Posted Pic of Rock Rails
These are the ones for $824....they finally posted a photo to show that they look like.

they look nice, but not sure about the 824 price tag.

They must replace the plastic rocker piece?

Read the installation guide, these things are a ***** to install. A lot more involved than "nerf" bars but that makes sense since these are actually supposed top provide protection off road and support the weight of the vehicle, not just the weight of fat uncle Fred ;)

Expensive, but they look like real rock rails for once!

$824 installed? Or is that the price just for the rails?

Just the rails unfortunately.

Someone else will probably be able to replicate these and make them cheaper than 824.

Not really impressed with the look of those things, especially for that price tag...Would like to see some other rock rail options.

Not sure what is wrong with them, but maybe they need some more diameter or maybe its just a crappy picture..

illuzions 01-10-2011 09:49 AM

I would wait...thats a hefty price...

DABS1 01-10-2011 02:12 PM

I like the look, not the price.......

I Like
Like the look. I'm using the door sill for a step right now on exit in order to save the leather thigh bolster on the seat--don't want to just slide out. Every 5-year-old SUV I've seen (including the 9-year-old Pathfinder I traded) has had worn out/cracked leather there. Having a good set of rails would help.
