Just chirped tires in 2nd

Was turning the corner and went from shifting first to second head straight and the transmission downshifted before going into second and chirped the tires. I know some very fast cars can do that but the a Grand Cherokee. WTF

My 2013 Ram C.C. with 6 speed does that all the time even with a 400 lb. load of weight in the bed for winter traction.

It's a lot easier to chirp when turning. Tires generally are losing traction the tighter you turn.

I was goofing around, but it sounds like an update could be needed, did you say what year it is?
