Jeep lift - from Rocky Road

Hey, here are some pictures of the work that Rocky Road did to my Jeep. I'm currently oversea and haven't had a chance to see it in person yet but it looks pretty nice in the pictures. They put a 2.5" lift on it with 275/55/20 Firestone Destination a/t tires. They also made rock rails, skid plates and a roof rack for the Jeep. Let know what you think?

Does anyone know where I can find replacements for the chrome side view mirror, door handles and window trim. I'd like to go with all black. Thanks

Looks very good.

I'd love to see this and a QL equipped WK2 side by side. I'd also love to hear about how the Rocky Road lifted Jeep rides and handles compared to a QL lifted one set at the same height.

No the Jeep does not have QL...as far as the ride goes I was told that it retains it's factory ride quality.

That looks great. I saw a roof rack on ebay that I like a little better because it is sleeker, but I think that one might be better supported in the roof. The other one is made by a company in CA and claims that it is held in entirely with the stock mounting locations for the factory rack.

As for the trim, check out the dealership, probably your only option at this point. Don't fear the Jeeper here on JF has the best prices on factory equipment (check out the vendor displays).

I really like the look of the lift with the 20"s. I would like to see it side by side compared to a stock one, but it looks great. Why didn't you go with a slightly more aggressive tire like the DuraTrac? I think it would have provided a better look overall, and still isn't harsh on the road. It is also snow rated.

Did they also add some wheel spacers? The wheels and tires seem to fill out the wheel wells more, and it looks great!

Yeah they put 1" wheel spacer in. I wanted to go with the Duratrac but with the 20 inch rim the sizes where limited. They would have had to cut out the fenders to get anything bigger on the Jeep.

Great pictures! Your Jeep looks awesome. That is exactly what the WK2 needs in my opinion. I want to do the same thing to mine. Do you also have the Rocky Road front upper control arms? I'm not much of a mechanic and wonder how important those are. Sounds like they are a huge upgrade over the OEM.
