How is your saddle holding up?
2 Attachment(s)
I wanted to start a thread that shows how our Saddle seats are holding up after so many miles. Mine still look very good BUT I don't slide in or out of my seat and I'm very conscious of it. Call me anal but I want to keep them looking new as possible. This is with 14116 miles on it.

I'd rather not call you anal. How about "the dude"?

Your saddle leather looks good, though.

Lookin' good.. when I bought mine they offered a service to cover any rips or damage for 7 years. I took that figuring I'd mess it up.

Mine still look fantastic. A few wrinkles in the driver's seat (I'm not "that guy" lol). The passenger seat has some hard cracks on the top of the bottom seat bolster closest to the door, but that seat is not used very much, so I have been using ziano on it more frequently to keep it pliable. Ill post pictures later when I take a break for lunch.

I bought my Overland in August 2012 and the Seats are great. I use it the same way I have used other leather. I slide when going in and out and I know my wife slides too. Given the way I have used Saddle, it is doing very good and looks good too.

For anyone wondering....I don't use any leather cleaners either. All I do is wipe my seats with a damp cloth every 2-3 weeks. Damp cloth is quick, easy and so far has done a good job keeping my saddle looking good.

my saddle is holding up well, but I get do get some glare from the dash reflecting off the windshield. Anybody else have this issue?

Zero wear on mine...16K miles.

I don't really notice the "glare" on the windshield and what little there is is an acceptable trade-off to me for the lighter (and cooler) color in that sun-soaked spot. (I truly dislike dark interiors and even the Summit's Saddle interior has more black than I would ever choose if there were a lighter option)

Seats look great... looks the same as mine after 18k miles. My 2012 Overland is garage kept in Central FL... exposure to heat/elements is limited.

Over 25K on the wife's car (long commute) and seats still looking great.

I have 8200 miles on mine and the seats still look good, I use Autoglym products 2x a year. I do have a few mild creases in the driver's bolster but thats unavoidable inmo.

30000 Kilometers and still look great.
I use Pinnacle leather cleaner and conditioner every 3 months!

It looks like the seats haven't changed much since I bought my 2008 overland. Our rig is 6 years old with 122,000 miles and the seats still look like new.

The time now is 08:15 PM.
