Cool Horsepower is coming.

After 5 and 1/2 long weeks of waiting, I will finally get back my still new-ish 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from ProCharger. They've been kind enough to install their supercharger kit to my 5.7L Hemi engine and it's going to be a blast to see what she can do now!

Not entirely sure I want to be documenting evidence against me while I...uh...break her in.

I don't have a dashcam or any production cameras. I'm sure I can figure something out though to honor the request.

I promise to post some videos. For now you can see it in the beginning briefly if you look at their current Live video feed from Super Chevy Magazine:

It's also at the end of the Vette Magazine's live video. Sorry, I can't seem to edit posts yet or else I would fix my other post and amend the original reply accordingly.

You'll have to contact Procharger for pricing, but I got hooked up a little bit for basically allowing them to have my Jeep for a month and 1/2 now. They were going to take media pictures I believe for their catalog and it rained yesterday afternoon so I'm picking it up today instead.

Picked her up! Just in time for the 4th of July weekend. Woot!

I'm still stuck at work for a few more hours but here are a couple quick shots and a quick video down the road. Apologies for the shaky/crap video quality, it's likely not a good representation of power.

I'm not sure why it's like that, but to be fair this is the first time I've dyno'd a vehicle that I've owned myself. I actually just ordered a Corsa 14992BLK exhaust and I will see if they'll run it again just for curiosity sake. I do have to bring it back to them next Friday so they can do a checkup on everything.

As for the drive itself, it will still drive like a normal Jeep if you let it do so. The problem is that your brain knows there is a supercharger under the hood and you can't help yourself from wanting to hear the thing scream!

I'll try to post another video here soon that's a lot better. I didn't realize it at the time but I handed my phone over to my friend and the zoom was in a little bit so it looks a little off from normal and you can't get a real sense of acceleration without seeing the speed.
