Hole in exhaust [Pic]

So I have V8 Hemi. There is a perfect round small hole on both exhaust in the same spot that leaks what looks like water. Is this normal? The car smells like gas vapor inside. Trying to find out if there is a leak somewhere.

The hole in the exhaust is for the condensation to drain out. As for the gas smell, it could be as simple as someone stepping in gasoline and getting into your car. Did this happen after you went to fill up?

Combustion gas (exhaust) contains water. Some cars have drain holes in the lowest section of exhaust while others just send it out the tailpipe. This is normal.
