Hello and Help!

Hello
I am new to the forum. We purchased a 2012 Grand Cherokee Laredo for my wife in December and we really like it. I am trying to install a factory Jeep trailer hitch and I find he instructions are lacking. How do I get the rear bumper cover off to get to the rear cross member?
Thanks
Tom.

Thanks for the replies. Didn't find what I needed there. I have a feeling the 2012 has minor differences from the 2011 and the hitch kit I have is for a 2011. I think the parts are the same but the instructions are different. I bought the factory wiring harness for the truck with the hitch. My 2012 is pre-wired and I don't need all the wiring. Just the plug at the receiver end. I will go to the Jeep dealer I bought the stuff from on Monday.
Thanks
Tom

Well I got the bumper cover off and the hitch installed. The fit is good. The instructions are missing allot of detail that would have helped. All I have to do now is take the wiring kit back and just get the receiver electrical plug.
