Fender Stripes

I am buying a new 2017 Grand Cherokee Altitude and want to put Fender Stripes on it, I found the stripes I want but the Company appears to be out of business. (D2 AutoSport) Has anyone worked with House of Grafx before?
They are saying they can duplicate the image I sent them. Both fenders for $42.00. Thought I'd ask the folks out there... Thanks much.

The OP asked if anyone knew of a place that sells stripes. He didn't ask for opinions and has no need for them cluttering up this thread. So keep this thread on the topic of where he may be able to purchase the stripes guys. If you can't help him, move on.

It seems you could go to any local sign shop and get them cut to spec out of a vinyl? Since it is an add-on item it is most likely something of that nature from house of grafx. It is a real simple need here, I would think you could hand cut those from scraps at a local source for cheap, definitely worth a phone call or two with your local shops.

The cleanest and best option would be to have it painted, not my bag but if I would wanted it on my GC I wouldn't get some paste on adhesive product. It is a $42 cost, not sure what you are looking for, something that is cheaper? I am not sure how much you are looking at saving here the bar is set pretty low as it is, pretty minimal investment.

I believe you get what you pay for, so the $42 cost struck me as being a bit cheap and probably not a superior product. Not sure I want to apply paint at this time. Guess I'll have to reconsider my options and decide afterwards.
Thank you all for the ideas and comments. Have a great day.

That is a very nice looking GC, if you can make yours look like that I would be a fan.

Fender stripes Fan

Yes, I agree. Caught my eye the first time I saw the picture from D2Autosports. I have purchased a 2017 Altitude completely black in and out.
I love that color combo. And I really like the small diversion from solid black that these stripes provide. I believe I will follow through with the plan, but
have to get quality Striping and Grafx told me I would not be disappointed.
May just have to take the chance and see. I will upload a photo of my ride when I have that completed. Just found out you can't get a sun roof on a GC
due to some kind of problems with the provider of the glass portion. ???
I had to go with a non roof vehicle.. Don't really use the Roofs myself. But I like to have them on the vehicles for resale value. You folks take it easy. Be
sure to watch your sixes !

There is a guy that was on this forum for a while that has fender stripes - I follow him on IG @The skiingjeep. I don't think he comes on here anymore but you may be able to check with him.

I had some cheap Ebay graphics on the hood of my Ram. They held up well but my son decided to remove them this year. After 4-5 years they were a pain to remove, or rather the glue was. But I have to say, I was impressed by how well the "cheap" vinyl held up in the south Ga sun for several years.

Have you considered Plastidip and some painters tape?

Fender Stripes

I have decided to get the Stripe Kits from The House of Grafx. Ordering them tomorrow. My Local Jeep Dealer is putting them on for me. The Sales Mgr and I are close Friends. I have had other MotorHead buddies do the same with Mustangs and Camaros, and Mopars.... They seem to hold up rather well. I've heard good and bad things about Plastidip. Think I'll steer clear for a bit on that. I do need to get the Front Grills painted black as they are a bit bright and shiny even on the Altitude Edition. I want the solid black appearance up front. That led me to look at the Plastidip originally. All in all, this is the fun part of getting a new ride. "Making" it your own. K/N CAI system, Lloyd Mats, AVS Vent Shades, and so on... Love these Jeeps, and
I got the Premium sound system with this one. Going to be banging out some Doo Wop very soon! Thanks for all the feedback, you guys are a good bunch..

God bless the USA and the 2nd Amendment.

New Jeep

Picking up my new 17 Grand Cherokee Saturday Morning. Feel just like a kid at Christmas. Funny how a new Ride makes you feel regardless of your age.
I'm looking forward to start making it my own.... Starting with my RAIDERS
head rest covers and center console cover.... C'mon Football Season !
I know you guys know how I feel. This is my third Grand Cherokee, after having a 13, and then a 15. As soon as I get her dressed up a bit, I'll put some photos in here for all to see..... Think maybe I'll hold on to this one for awhile unless I hit the lottery and order a new SRT8 Grand Cherokee !
Anyway,...love these Vehicles. Hope your all enjoying yours.. take care.

God bless the USA and the 2nd Amendment !

I bought a set of stripes on eBay for like $5 and put them on myself just to see if they'd look ok.
I was going to take them off, but they've kinda grown on me.

Did that come from the factory with the black window lining?
