Exhaust question

Looking to put exhaust on my 2012 JGC altitude with a 5.7 hemi. I am not looking for anything crazy loud. Just want it to sound better when I accelerate. I like the low tones. So I'm leaning toward just having my stock suit case replaced with a magnaflow 2in 2out. I'm worried about the drone sound on the highway. Anyone have any suggestions? Or has anyone done this and how do you like it?

There have been a number of attempts, some have had luck pulling the pancake and replacing the resonators with real mufflers.

Otherwise it seems that the Corsa (also sold by Jeep) is the only one that does not drone. Some think the mufflers hang down awkwardly, however.

Do a search for Corsa, Borla, Flowmaster, magnaflow and you should be overwhelmed with ideas. It is a common discussion here.

Exhaust sound is subjective, and what sounds great to one is annoying to another.

Certainly check youtube for examples. Just keep in mind that there are a lot of variables when watching other people's videos online.
