Don't put coins in the door bottle holder

Not a good idea. I had a bunch of coins and put them in the door pocket that is intended for water bottles, and there is a seam on the inside of the pocket that you cannot see, and it has a gap just big enough for a penny or a dime to get through. Now whenever I accelerate or brake I can hear a coin slide back and forth.

That would suck. I would have to pull the door panel. It's a 5 min job.

I suggest you keep adding coins until it stops rattling. Then when full, you can either spend the time (and pay yourself), or money (allowing a shop to pay themselves) by collecting your doors bounty.

I'd never put any loose coins in there since I can't stand any rattles. And loose coins on plastic make a racket. Just like the sunglass holder above the mirror. I've yet to own any vehicle that doesn't allow a pair of sunglasses to make noise in that holder. Only sound I want to hear is the HK stereo and maybe a passenger once in a while.

Change is a fact of life. I keep my change in a zip lock bag. Keeps it all together and easily acessable.

I only keep quarters in the little chapstick holder in the center console.

Actually they don't. It holds up to a roll of quarters. Very handy.

Apparently I missed that little feature. (or don't have it) Thanks.

I've found that if turn my sunglasses upside down they don't rattle. Might give that a try.

I put change in the felt lined center console in front of the shifter. It doesn't rattle. This compartment might be different on 2013 and older models. Or, if my wife is in the car with me when I get change, the change goes in her purse.

I keep all kinds of change in that holder in the center console. No rattles even when it isn't full.
