Does Anyone Know How Long Until Aftermarket Parts are Avail?

Just curious if anyone knows a good estimate, from experience, on how long it typically takes for the aftermarket companies to come out with accessories such as rock sliders, skid plates, etc.. I don't want to pull the trigger on to many Mopar accessories if the aftermarket companies are just a few months away from offering more variety/quality.
