I can offer this, as I have said many times, Jeepcares is a wonderful resource and has helped many people, much appreciation. My attack is on the dangerous bandaid approach that's satisfying people but in reality only furthering the problem.
I am a believer that if you are part of the crew your part of the ship..so I was more making a lousy call to the closest available "insider" that could hear. I'm abrasive but not before I've exhausted all respectful and creative sentiment, you're only reading what you perceive to be an attitude when it's really a fifth reaction.
I'll sugar coat it. Please if you have a minute could you ascertain why it is you get so much busyness on the second hand?, and whether or not much of it is directly the dealers doing vs simple mistakes , or the manufacturing error? As well, is it possible not to have as many manufacturing decisions compromise the integrity of my fairly expensive purchase that in Kenya could get me a few dozen cattle, 300 goats, 2500 chickens and a years worth of food, I could sell my toy car and buy the land and a few old rovers, become a farmer, but here I have to "request" something from someone that has 6 months in the brand and is the most senior?
I have several writers at several dealerships that have knocked it out of the park and I like them, my recent visit horror story is no reflection on them, John, Brent, and, Reid, I owe you guy's lunch, but the techs are the horrid thing, they are absolutely going to be the downfall of Chrysler/Jeep around here. You can't sell luxury and deliver trailer park service, DOWN here. Obviously people ***** more than they praise, but simply read what you read, even discounting petty crap, mistakes, and other incidentals, jeep is not doing as much as they should, or as well as they think, band aids.
