A/C experience at high speed.

Took a 6-hr road trip this morning and half way through I realized that the A/C wasn't giving out the usual blast of air (it was weak!). Turned the knob to 1 level below max and the stream of air turned into pure white mist !! I turned the A/C off for about 15mins then tried again, same thing + no cold air.
I was doing 160km/h so I slowed down to 120 km/h to observe any changes... everything went back to normal !

Second thing is: The JGC can't do over 177km/h ??? It wouldn't go 1 km/h over that !

Limited to 110mph? Maybe a Canadian thing. Not sure on the AC. Might have to talk to a dealer about it.
