Any suggestions for interior saddle leather care for the summit 4x4?

Trying to find out whether I should treat the interior saddle leather of my overland summit, particularly the dash. Thinking of just getting a good custom windshield sunshade. Any suggestions?

Moved to correct section.

I personally use Meguiars stuff for all my interior care needs.
