Album Artwork Issue from iPod

I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee with 8.4 UConnect and even though I have all of my mp3s tagged with iD3 tags the display does not always show the album artwork. One odd thing I've noticed is that if I quickly switch over to the radio and then immediately back to my iPod the album artwork will then show. However, when the next song plays the album artwork again does not display. It all seems very random.

Any ideas as to what is going on? Is there a limitation on the size of the album artwork that should be used when tagging the audio files? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have no idea what is going on.

Uconnect has a website - driveuconnect.com.
You might try going there if no one comes up with an answer for you. You can also contact them directly. Contact information is available on the website.

Do you have the latest software update 13.38.52?

If my phone is plugged in via the USB port, I always get album art. If I'm streaming via Bluetooth, I never see the album artwork.

Thanks for the replies. How can I tell what version of UConnect I am running?
