Air tanks in cargo area ?

Anyone know what these air tanks are? if you remove the cover that lays over the seats when they are all the way down, you will see 2 air tanks in the corners of the spare tire caddy that look like paintball co2 tanks. Anyone know what they are?

You must have the quadralift system. The QL uses those air tanks to store the nitrogen. It is a closed system, so it uses nitrogen rather than pumping fresh air in from outside.

I do have QL. Thats what my initial thought was too, but the tanks dont appear to be connected to anything, although, I cant see the entire thing so I wasnt sure. The nozzle sticks out the side I can see and it just has a cap on it. Must be for recharging the system if there is a leak I guess. Thanks.

Can you post picks of these tanks?

from the diagram the tank on QL is one long tank in front of the spare wheel not two small tanks in the wheel well.

It is one long tank after I looked closer. In fact, I have had this annoying rattle that I could not find until I looked closer at the tank. I took out the spare tire caddy and noticed the straps and brackets that hold down the tank where loose. I tightened everything down and the rattle it gone. Bad quality control on Chryslers part.
