Wk 2014 Jeep GC Center Console Shutting off.... HELP

Hello,

I have a 2014 Jeep GC purchased in November. I do love the truck, but this problem has been recurring sporadically since December. It started off infrequent, but as the weather has continued to get colder, it happens every time the car sits for a while. The center console turns on with the car, and then immediately shuts down and I lose my power windows, heat, heated seats, clock, defrosters... This is extremely unsafe and a real disappointment for such an expensive vehicle. I am posting a video so you can see what has been happening. Any thoughts would be most appreciated. I had it at the dealership twice this week. The first time for an update, and then again on Tuesday-Thursday and they replaced the "radio". I went out to check it out tonight, and it still isn't fixed. This is really getting annoying.

Update: one thing I would like to add is that after driving for about 10 min, everything turns on and functions as normal except my heated steering wheel and the rear heated seats. After everything comes on and I cycle the car off and on, everything works as normal. Could a faulty module with the heated steering wheel cause this issue? It always seems to happen in very cold weather 0-20 degrees C and ithw console shuts down right after the auto comfort on feature starts to activate. It's back at the dealer, but I'm trying to help give them as much information so I can get this solved. I love my jeep otherwise.

Hey tkirinsky,
What dealership is your vehicle located at? I would like to reach out to them to gather more information and to see what we can do to help. Also, please check your PMs for more information from me.

Did you ever get this worked out? I had a similar issue and they replaced the "BUS" behind the radio. I know nothing about cars - but my understanding is that its the brain of the UConnect system - if you can call it a brain. It was causing messages to say "Service Airbag", "Service Shifter", "Service ABS" - but it started like what you said and kept causing the Alarm to randomly go off in the middle of the night. PM me if you think I can help - I am still going through a multitude of issues that they have yet to resolve.
