2014 headlight questions

Okay so I'm in the market to get a new grand Cherokee. I want to purchase a preowned vehicle, and like the grand Cherokee. I need a vehicle that can be towed by a Motorhome and not have to be started to cool the transmission at gas stations. But so I like the ride of the grand Cherokees and hate the ride of the wranglers, too tipsy for me. So I like the look of the new headlights, and I have a few questions. Will a 2014 headlight housing fit the 2011-2013 model years. They say they have HID lights, what kind do they have? Are they real HID with ballast and everything? And do they have projector lights? What kelvin and watt are the HID's. I have some 4000k 55w lights HID's in my truck and love them, but they are aftermarket. Will the 2014 lights fit in the 2011-2013 models?

The lights will fit if you replace the whole front clip being: grill, both upper and lower bumper fascia. Don't know the kelvin ect, but they are projectors and are bright for sure. Extra electrical and headlight housing support and grill retainer also probably all different. Most likely a $2000+ job IMO

Pretty sure all stock HIDs are 4300k and 35watts.. I have 12 limited which has HIDs and a 12 Camry with aftermarket HIDs. The jeep is definitely "yellower" light than my aftermarket 5000k 35w HIDs on the Camry.

Actually on you tube there is a video of a guy that made a conversion kit for the 2014's to work. Other than that, you do not need any of the other stuff, ie: front clip, blah, blah.....The lights are physically an exact match in size.

No, they are not the same physical size, especially vertically.
