yup just confirmed that in the middle east Jeep website http://www.mideast.jeep.com/en/2014/...color=cashmere

NOT FAIR! lol

it's basically a OEM harness and the Headlights what changes the whole game here, just happen to be a long harness the comes directly from the dashboard and Laredo's and Limited's here don't come with it unless the Luxury package is applied from factory.

I wonder I'd be able to get my hands on a factory harness here before I head back to the states in a month.

I bought the 2014 led headlights and now he won't respond anymore to these posts or emails haha! I hope he's just busy and hasn't given up. I know I could get them to power up but flickering is another story.

This is probably a stupid question, but where do you purchase the stock headlights with the LED's?

It was supposed to be tested by the maker but after that no more news whatsoever and it has been quite awhile since last response here. To be honest that's the reason why I haven't purchase the headlights yet because this lack of security in the finish product (harness).

After lots of research and watching both you tube videos by the 2 people I've seen install these headlights, I think I'm going to attempt to build my own harness. I know the big issue is the LEDs flickering, so I'm going to do what the other company did and wire them to a 12v constant with resistors and have them run full brightness. I actually prefer it that way. Also, I don't think I can wire the switch back for the LEDs turning off when the turn signals turn on but again, I kind of prefer it that way. I'm just hoping canbus issues don't pop up.

Are there anymore pictures of the headlight? If someone has one, can you make measurements of the headlights and also see what diameter the lens on the projector are?

Thanks

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 Limited and looking for the HID conversion. A co-worker had his Ford Explorer Sport and bought the HID kit thru this site: http://www.coolbulbs.com/

Don't know if any of you ever heard this site but it worked perfectly on his truck.

I contacted the guy (Andrew) and provided the information for my Jeep - Headlamps (Low Beam) H11 Bulb and Headlamps (High beam) 9005.

He said he HAS THE KIT for the Jeep. See page with the kit for $125: http://www.coolbulbs.com/HIDKits_body.asp

I just wanted to share this for your comment. I'm eager to buy it but the idea of taking off the front bumper is not pleasing at this time.

Thanks!

We want the factory LED and HID headlights instead of our factory halogen. We all know where we can go to get HiD conversion kit

Well I texted him (tuxedoblack) a few weeks back and he replied. As soon as I mentioned I was interested in the 2014 led headlight harness he stopped responding! I just sold my headlights and put in a full hid kit from the retrofit source.

That's sad! I don't understand why some people act like that and don't face the truth
