2013 Altitude - Keyless Entry

I picked up a black 2013 Altitude last night, it's been a while since my '06 Rocky Mountain edition. Feels good to be back in a Jeep.

For the life of me though I can't seem to get the keyless entry to work? I've tried both key fobs, just trying to open the door that didn't work. I tried pushing the little button on the door handle and that didn't work either.

The remote works fine and I can unlock it that way, and no problems getting it started up.

I thought they all had keyless entry no?

The door unlocks when you put your hand on the handle. The door locks when you press the little button on the handle

Did you go into the EVIC and make sure it was set correctly? There's an option to activate it or not in the personal settings.

Make sure you check the system settings in the EVIC. There are settings for lock and unlock.
