Wk 2012 Grand Cherokee ATF Leak

Has anyone experienced an ATF Leak on a 2012 or newer WK2?

Vehicle has 10,000 miles over 10 months of ownership and will be fixed under warranty I'm assuming. Otherwise we're extremely pleased with it. Did great for our first Minnesota winter last year.

Just trying to gauge if this is unique or widespread.

Thanks.

I haven't read anything about trans leaks.

Do you have the V6 or V8 engine? (that would also tell us which trans you have too)

It turns out this was a water pump failure leaving red coolant on the garage floor - not ATF fluid. I noticed the coolant level was low and mentioned that to the service department this morning when I dropped it off.

Thanks for listening.
