Wheels were $200-$250 each, can't remember exactly and I got them at a local tire shop; they had to order them in. They should be available pretty much anywhere that way.

Let me know how it goes. I am considering this as well, but as a hide-away behind the license plate since Texas requires front plates.

Good deal! I don't want to have it all apart on a Sunday and find out I need new plastic rivets for the body. Been there, done that, on my WJ.

I finally had time to install this over the weekend! You will need all the tools they mention in the instructions, as well as some rivets. I broke most of them taking them out!

I took off the air dam first, then the fascia, the styrofoam and plastic parts and the one strip of metal across the front. All in all, not hard to do at all.

Then start bolting on stuff, first the winch bracket, using existing hardware plus new bolts they provide. Add the skid plate bolts before the winch goes in, then the winch. The wiring was not as hard as I thought it would be, but I did clock the motor so the wiring was facing up.

Then put it back together the opposite of the way you took things off.

A few more pics are here:

Once I get the chrome strips off the side I'll take some glamor shots and post up!

I assume no plan to loom and zip tie the cables?

The cables were barely long enough to reach the terminals by the winch, so I left them as is. In the engine compartment that's another story; you can use a couple, but everything is pretty snug already.

Ah. I was more thinking the cables needed the wire loom for protection and to hide them.

Hmmmmm

Guess I'll pull the controller apart and go by the electrical supply and get some longer cables before the install. I'm not a fan of having the box in the grill. Would rather have it up in the engine bay. Thank you again for the insight.

By the way, any idea on the part number or where I can easily grab some more of those plastic rivets?

Also, What size winch is that?
