'13 Transmission pulsation question?

Hi Everybody,
Purchased a loaded, low mileage (18K) ’13 Laredo from a dealer in October. Coming from a fully utilitarian SUV to this was like night and day. The ride is fantastic, the V6 is as smooth as silk and I really like the interior. Here’s my question, never owning a Jeep before, I have this very slight pulsation from, I believe, the transmission when I accelerate from a stop to about 20-25 mph. The tech at the dealer drove it and said its normal “clutch pack” engagement. Has anyone ever heard of this? I guess I could find another “13 to test drive to see if it has this same sensation. Just checking to see what you thought. Thanks for any info.

Based on the response this must be an isolated case. Back to the dealer for the 4th time. Any stratiges for dealing with the dealer who tells me "it's a normal" and then says they can't feel it? Maybe I'll see if they'll buy it back. Thanks!
