I've been drivin' all night, my hand's wet on the wheel
There's a voice in my head, that drives my heel
It's my baby callin', says, "I need you here"
And it's half past four, and I'm shifting gear

Wildfire by Micheal Martin Murphy is another good one. Jackson Browne's Runing on empty and Fountain of sorrow. Night Ranger's Passion play. U2 One Tree hill and bullet the blue sky but any early U2 stuff is good. Shoot I could fill this whole page up lol.

D.O.A by Bloodrock.

"We were riding along and hit something in the sky" .

They are saying a-low here but I think it was along.

http://www.songlyrics.com/bloodrock/d-o-a-lyrics/

------------------------------------

Or David Wilcox's "Eye of The Hurricane".

Honda made the Hurricane and the the windscreen was like a electric window and could be lowered or raised.

It is said(a little nickel knowledge here) that if you road it in the rain, at the right speed and the windshield was in the right place you could do it without getting wet.

Hence "The Eye of the Hurricane".
-------------------------------

Tank is full, switch is on
Night is warm, cops are gone
Rocket bike is all her own
It's called a hurricane

She told me once it's quite a ride
It's shaped so there's this place inside
Where if you're moving you can hide
Safe within the rain

She wants to run away
But there's nowhere that she can go
Nowhere the pain won't come again
But she can hide
Hide in the pouring rain
She rides the eye of the hurricane

Tell the truth, explain to me
How you got this need for speed
She laughed and said "it might just be
The next best thing to love."

Hope is gone and she confessed
When you lay your dream to rest
You can get what's second best
But it's hard to get enough

She wants to run away
But there's nowhere that she can go
Nowhere the pain won't come again
But she can hide
Hide in the pouring rain
She rides the eye of the hurricane

We saw her ride so fast last night
Racing by a flash of light
Riding quick, the street was dark
A shining truck she thought was parked
It blocked her path, stopped her heart
But not the hurricane

She saw her chance to slip the trap
There was just the room to pass in back
But then it moved, closed the gap
She never felt the pain

She wants to run away
But there's nowhere that she can go
Nowhere the pain won't come again
But she can hide
Hide in the pouring rain
She rides the eye of the hurricane
She rides the eye of a hurricane

Thumbs up

"Back in Black" and "Highway to Hell " by AC/DC, "Evenflow" by Pearl Jam, "Panic Switch" by Silversun Pickups, "Suck my Kiss" and "Higher Ground" by Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and "I think I'm Paranoid" by Garbage, that one mostly at the end of the song, it's pretty good IMO. But there's so many to choose from....hope that helps.

Heavy Metal - Sammy Hagar:

Head bangers in leather
Sparks flyin' in the dead of the night
It all comes together
When they shoot out the lights

50,000 watts of power
And it's pushin' overload
The beast is ready to devour
All the metal they can hold

Reachin' overload
Start to explode

It's your one way ticket to midnight
Call it heavy metal
Higher than high, feelin' just right
Call it heavy metal
Desperation on a red line
Call it heavy metal noise

Tight pants and lipstick
She's riding on a razor's edge
She holds her own against the boys
Yeah, cuts through the crowd just like a wedge

Ooh, can you feel the static?
So many contacts bein' made
We've got up front fanatics
Tearin' down the barricade

To reach the stage
Can you feel the rage?

It's your one way ticket to midnight
Call it heavy metal
Higher than high, feelin' just right
Call it heavy metal
Desperation on a red line
Call it heavy metal noise

It's your one way ticket to midnight
Call it heavy metal
Higher than high, feelin' just right
Call it heavy metal
Desperation on a red line
Call it heavy metal

Higher than high, feelin' just right
Call it heavy metal noise
Heavy metal noise
Heavy metal noise
Heavy metal noise
Call it heavy metal

Sorry....rock isn't bad, can kind of be a little energetic.
But what really gets me to stomp the skinny pedal is good old fashioned celtic music!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3n9hbYwZZqk

Best thing is bagpipes are easy to hear when the top and doors are off.
