Rock Band 2 or Guitar Hero: World Tour?

After playing Rock Band all Christmas vacation on my brother's 360 and THOROUGHLY enjoying it, I jumped at the chance to buy it for the Wii when it came out in June. Boy, was I disappointed :( The red button on the guitar was stuck out of the box, so it has never worked right. The lack of HDD in the Wii makes the career mode incredibly weak compared to the 360 version. No downloadable content and on and on and on.

Anyway, I bought it from Wal-Mart and still have the receipt, so I'm boxing it back up and taking it back for credit. Right now I'm trying to decide how to use that credit...

(I now have a 360 as well as a PS3, but whatever I purchase will most likely be for the 360 so I can play online with my family etc.)

Guitar Hero: World Tour?
GH3 was a blast and after watching a ~5 minute commercial on WT, I am nearly sold on it. It looks awesome!

Lots of cool features like the 5 track recorder and the ability to share your own music online etc.

Rock Band 2?
I know you can port over your RB1 stuff and DLC to RB2, but where I have never had RB1 for the xbox, that's not really a concern. I don't know much about the improved features of RB2, but I imagine it will be real similar to GH:WT...

I guess a 3rd option would be to exchange my Wii RB1 for an xbox RB1, play through the career mode and get all the DLC I want, then buy just the RB2 game and port stuff over. I'm not even seriously considering this option since they've made some pretty cool improvements to the instruments with RB2 and GH:WT.

Maybe I should just get both

If you could pick just one, what would you get?

rock bands music trumps GH i think. I cant stand listening to what seems like the same songs when playing GH.

I bought RB2 over the weekend. Sadly I have most of them (except GH 80's and GH Aerosmith)

I like RB because its the same company that developed GH1 and GH2 so the underlying system for 'playing' the games hasn't changed

I didn't really like the way GH3 was set up under activision, but I'll probably buy WT because I want the lightpad guitar that comes with it
