Random question about car audio/home audio

Is it possible to install a home audio set up in a jeep ? that is wired into your allready aftermarket set up? Say a 7.1 surround sound with all the speakers hidden away nicely and the actual amp for them hidden away but wired to the head unit ?

In theory, yes. As far as hidden? Not really sure you'd have the room. Many after market stereos have good 'surround stereo' but it's not the same for music as if you're watching a movie. Are you looking to watch movies in the jeep?
