Mother Night. Kurt Vonnegut is one of my favorite authors so I couldn't not watch it. It was pretty good if you're a Vonnegut fan but if you're not you probably won't like it.

Had some big names in it like Nick Nolte, John Goodman, and Allen Arkin.

There's a movie if that book? I looooove Vonnegut. I feel in love when we had to read slaughter house 5 back in high school.

Thanks for the tip

No problem. I was just flipping through movie channels and ran across it, hit the info button, saw it was what I thought it was, and thoroughly enjoyed a few hours in the recliner. Vonnegut himself actually makes an appearance as a sad looking pedestrian walking by Howard Campbell as he stands on the sidewalk on the day he realizes he has nowhere to go.

It was the same process for me. Read Slaughterhouse V in three days as a sophomore in high school and had to go find everything else he wrote and that I could access immediately after I finished it. Read Sirens of Titan in three days as well. Covered two in five days with Cat's Cradle and Breakfast of Champions, then read Slaughterhouse V in three days again. Vonnegut's work is like methamphetamine. Try it once and it takes over your life. Haha.

Off topic, but have you read Catch-22 by Joseph Heller? If you like Vonnegut, then you may like Catch-22. It's a bit more light-hearted than Vonnegut's work, but just as cynical in my opinion. I had a harder time keeping track of everything that was going on it than I did Slaughterhouse V though. Very hard to keep everything straight.
