Studio album Pink Floyd The Wall

live or compilation : KISS Alive , this was really the first big live album of any band and it was KISS' last ditch effort due to lackluster sales of their studio albums up to that point, having had success only in live shows.

Old thread revival!

Best double album?

Live: Kiss - Alive. Followed very closely by Frampton Comes Alive.

Studio: Rolling Stones - Exile On Main St. Followed very closely by Physical Grafitti.
