I was with MUSH-3 from 89-94. Taught at AWTU-3 with a break for Desert Storm, then spent the last two years or so at Wing Ordnance, learning from MGySgt Bill Straddeck - twenty+ years time in grade...

I remember the MasterGuns, you left -3 just about the time I took over as SqdnGunny. I am trying to remember the name of the Marine I replaced as SqdnGunny, he had PTSD pretty bad and ended up being medically retired. He was part of an LAV convoy during DS that took friendly fire from an A-10 or F-15, he lost quite a few troops.

I don't recall his name either; I know he had a Bronze Star with 'V' but never heard the story behind it.

Welcome aboard!

Any brothers or sisters in Washington? Sounding off from Olympia. 2006-11/0311 running around in a blue 2011 Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Don't have any mods done yet. Been on a few trails, but am limited. Wouldn't mind some company next run I go out on.
