I miss small cutter life. But I like to hunt and shoot way to much to live in boston. I am hoping my wife will look in to going to Arkansas or Georgia after this tour. Definitely wouldn't mind going back to Alaska.

I love savannah. We actually got married there. Would definitely not mind going there. Plus the in laws are in ATL so it would be fun. Your on the "O" side right? If I remember DCA is a JO billet on a ship?

River tender? How do you like it? I always wanted to get on one so I could scout the river for good hunting spots.

Well I like long hours, low pay, and back breaking work so I love it! lol. It is very relaxed but it all depends on your command (As does any billet in the CG)

Don't worry that's going to happen everywhere you go. But the pay raises are nice once you make E4 and above. What rate are you looking at going?

I think I am partially mental because I am going AST (assuming I make it) I actually just put my name on the A school list last week =]
One thing is for sure, I am working my butt off to make 3rd class.. Going from a buoy tender, to the airman program, to AST A school.
