No, the "problem" hasn't been either identified or fixed. Very disturbing article out of Ft Carson.

seems to be an ongoing issue. more prevalent under the obama regime. the potus who thinks that service members should contribute to their health benefits. not sure it these are army therapists or sillyvillan therapists.

This is, IIRC, the third article on the same subject from three different media outlets in the last several years. All out of Carson, all different publishers, all different reporters and all different vets interviewed. The first was a tip to a reporter from a Neurosurgeon at the local hospital who was seeing massive TBI residuals (plural) in the ER regularly that couldn't be referred to either the VA or Army medicos.
