OK, in order to make this more like the REAL Air Force, I'm going to initiate a policy of confusing acronyms and designations.
First off, leading alpha designator.
CONUS, the first 2 letters will be JF
If stationed over-seas, Leading Alpha designator will be the first 2 letters of the country you are stationed/deployed. If you are at an Established Air Base, you may use the first 2 letters of the base.
Iraq - IR
Cuba - CU
Rammstein - RA
Make sure you post up the Base/country you're at here so we know what you designator means.
Number:
Number will be 3 digit and placement will be based upon number request within the thread. PM's will also help. I'll Have a list amendment to this post starting soon so you'll know which number you are/can get.
Trailing Alpha designator:
Since we have many different classifications of Airmen on here we will have different designators of their current status.
AD - Active Duty
RV - Reserve
NG - National Guard
RO - ROTC
RE - Retired
CV - Civilian, either government employee working with AF, or private contractor working for AF.
Color: the color button has many blues, just use 'BLUE', not 'NAVY'
Example:
Mine: Active Duty stationed at Randolph Texas:
JF001AD
dawnskay's: I beleive he's active at Guam, so
GU002AD
There was one started by someone out in Minot :chilly: , I think. You would have to search for it. I'm too lazy. Spent too much time in the Air Force.
I like the idea of starting up a mailing list on the global. I wont be able to do anything for the next 4-5 months though... But at least Ill be cross training into something more fun/challenging/exciting. If anyone will be in Vegas around the last week of October, Ill be there then and I definitely want to go out to Logandale.

I'll be home for the end of October but not sure if I will have time to go on any runs. I'll have to hit you up after my R&R is up and I get a chance to look at the schedule.
I'm up for an AF Jeep club. Shoot me a PM for my global. I am stationed at Creech for like the next four months before heading out to Korea. So unsure if I should go with CH for Creech or whatever tail flash they have at Korea.
