Where is the SentryKey Chip?

Hello Everyone,
New Liberty owner here! I've search far and wide throughout the internet and I can't seem to find a clear answer on this. I am looking to replace my key FOB for my 2012 Liberty Jet (previous owner beat the key up quite a bit) and I've purchased a whole new key in which I intend to have cut. The key did not include the radio or buttons which I will swap over from the old key. My question is, where is the chip to transfer over? Is it built into the electronics for the keyless entry? Any help you guys could throw my way would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Apparently I did not serach deep enough! I came across this for anyone interested:

Each ignition key (2) used in the Sentry Key Immobilizer System (SKIS) has a transponder chip included on the circuit board (4) beneath the cover (1) of the integral Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter (3). In addition to having to be cut to match the mechanical coding of the ignition lock cylinder and programmed for operation of the RKE system, each new Sentry Key has a unique transponder identification code that is permanently programmed into it by the manufacturer, and which must be programmed into the Sentry Key REmote Entry Module (SKREEM) (also known as the Wireless Control Module/WCM) to be recognized by the SKIS as a valid key.

I have found with these keys containing chips, its usually better to open the pocket book and get it from the dealer programmed. I tried the short cut on my GT and the PATs would go off at the wrong times and not recognize my vehicle, leaving me stranded
