Doing an experiment with my KMC Rockstar wheels, ordered some blaze green plasti-dip(hopefully somewhat matches my vinyl). Removed the stars from my wheel caps, painted black (looks better imo), plasti-dipping the rest of the cap green. Also removed the 40 little plastic "bolts" from the outer edge of the wheels (they sit in trapezoids between the 5 spokes, 2 each), painted those black and I am going to fill the trapezoids in with green. The green should arrive today! Took pictures of most of the steps, I'll just post the finished product here, full steps in my "Murdered Liberty" thread. Or I'm going to start an official build thread since "Murdered Liberty" doesn't so much apply to my Jeep anymore!

Well its at the dealership once again for Gas burp issue, Clock radio and AC. So far the dealership has been a fiasco, only good thing it still covered under warranty. And my rental is a 12' impala with the 3.6. The car can't wheel but for a conservative sedan, it can haul some a$$. The night I drove it home a prick in a sports car was riding my tail. So I speed up and he got closer, so I mashed the gas pedal the floor and he was just a brief memory. I slowed up and he got next to me he was in a Porsche Boxer LOL.
Anyways, this Lib is driving me nuts and the warranty will expire on it soon, so debating whether to get an extended warranty or trade it in for something else
When you get knee-deep in a situation, floor it.
Those rims look great black, but those headlights are embarrassing. I hope you did a good job aiming them after you've been flashed a few times. The Silvanias you can buy at Walmart are much brighter than stock and do the trick. Pick up some yellow fog lights like me for the stock housing and you'll be surprised how effective it is.
