Katie I would be finding a different dealer to go to.

I also want to know how the CAI does.

Yeah...only reason I went to them for oil changes was they threw in 4 free ones when I bought the jeep...Hubby will be doing them from here out

Rotate them and they won't be loud!!
0ver 56,000 miles on mine, rotate them every 3-4000 and wearing great, no vibes, low noise
