Been seeing your KK on the internet ever since I got mine over a year ago. Yours was the first one I noticed with plastidip. Just put up pics of my ride on KK owner's pictures.

Nice. Did you take them off or painted them while on truck?

I didn't take them off. I think I might take them off and re-do them though. Just to get a better coating on them.

WELP I plasti dip'd my hood today... 4 cans later and it came out fuzzy...

Turns out it was a little to hot and humid to be applying BUT I think I know a way to fix it

Left it on for the moment and will paint more when the dip arrives. This is how it turned out

The final result ended up fuzzy with little "burs" all over the dip. So in a final effort to save all the time I spent today
I'm going to buy a few more cans spray a heavy wet layer over top and smooth it with my hand. I did a test on a small patch and it worked out so i'll do that process and then spray over with one last wet coat. All and all i probably will have around 10 coats on this lol a little over kill but it wont be hard to peel off

Looks good... the streaks and stuff can be fixed by painting across the other direction. from what I understand, the wet plastidip liquifies the coats under it and the more coats you put on the easier it is to peel. Or at least that what I have read.

that is correct heili I'm going to be buying 2 or 3 more cans and go over it very heavy it will re liquify the dip and smooth it all out
