Vibrating

I have an 08 liberty and whenever I reverse uphill, even on a small slope, the car vibrates. Not too harsh, but it is noticeable. Anyone have an idea to what might cause this? Also, reversing downhill or on a flat service, its fine. Could it just be that its struggling?
