I took my gear console apart and played withy he switch. It was very easy to fix and saved my money. All you have to do is get underneath the gear shifter and then pop the button out and just move it back and forth until it will depress all the way and come back up.

Next time I get a couple off days I am definitly gonna move it to the side of the console out of the way.
