Preference and curiosity really, I've seen mixed reviews and I'm the guy who likes to test out things I had the money to spend so I went ahead and bought it just to try it out. And with the whole mileage thing about them lasting only 15000 miles I've only put 1000 miles on my jeep in the past 3 months since I bought it brand new, so I'm sure it will be fine until I buy the old emu lift.

Yea I went outside and checked my tire size it's 235/60R18 btw

Hundreds if not thousands of bad reviews about those types of lifts from KJ/KK owners over the years
Only people who think they are good are those that have never ridden in a full spring replacement lift. After they do they are sold.
But hey its your money to waste, just hate to see people spend $$$ foolishly is all.
Carry on

What's the widest tire I can put on my stock 08 KK w/out rubbing?

Does a lift help at all with max width?

How crappy would spacers & longer springs really be for a DD/Weekend Mudder/GetMeToDeerCampInRainVehicle?

2008 Jeep Liberty KK W/Selec Trac II, ADL Skid Plate Group, 245/70/16 All Terrain Destinations, VisionX LED Floodlights. It's a real jeep. Don't like it? Wait let me check. Yep, still a real jeep.

widest tire is about a 245-70-16 or equal size
Lift helps due to giving you more room to work
OME/ Ironman springs help a lot , better ride, handling, stopping, everything will be WAY better with aftermarket springs and shock

To others, 7 inch wide wheel with 4 inches of backspacing works best
8 inch is too wide for the size tires you can run
