Tire Lifespan

How many miles are all of you getting with your various tires? I only got 33K out of my first set and i ran those down to pretty much bald... my GY Silent armors are getting low, (to the point that i wouldnt feel safe with them in deep snow here in CO) and i have 32K on then. I definitely drive on the faster side (which i know doesnt help) but im basically doing 5-10 over, not 100mph...

Just curious if what im getting is the norm or if im just getting crappy tires. Thinking of getting some studded snow tires for this winter since I will be driving around a lot more for the FD and get some cragger D windows for my AT's or whatever i decide to get.

I've got about 35k on my Falkens and they still have plenty of tread. Probably get another 20k out of them except that I want Duratracs and my roommate wants to buy my Falkens. Winning

Do you think the "P" vs "LT" designation would have anything to do with it? I just dont feel like i should be chewing up tires as quickly as i am and should get at least 50K out of em.

What are yours, P or LT?
I try to always run LTs when possible. They have a stiffer carcass and don't squirm around as much. I also never run my tires much past 30K miles just because.

I have the Wrangler SRAs 235/70r16 with 59000 on them and still have about another 10-20k before they go. I plan on going with Michelins at3s. When you decide to replace your tires get an alignment done; then rotate your tires after the 1st 1000 miles then during each oil change.
Good luck

Switched mine from stocks to the dunlop fierce attitude around 35k. They were not bald but deff was gonna be in red of replacing within the next 5-10k. Aside from the tread, I did have a bubble on rear tire which was another reason I had to swap them out.

Dealer stock tires about 21k miles, have about 4/32nds in fronts and about 5/32nds on rear.
Have neglected rotating due to many moves in the past 5 months with the Air Force, but im about to do one in a week or so.
