Spark Plugs - Silly Questions

I have a 2009 Liberty, 3.7 V6. I am trying to change the plugs according to the manual. I feel foolish but I can only find the three coil caps on the driver side.

I am sure they are right in front of me but I cannot find the sencond 3 on the passenger side. Please advise.

Many Thanks,
Cherbie

Follow the 3 plug wires coming off the drivers side coils and you will find the other 3 plugs.Make sure you replace those wires also.

what wires have to be replaced that you are referring to?
the only wires thatare the wires from the engine harness that are terminated at the coil plugs. each cyl has a separate coil

Not on '09+ 3.7's,only 3 coils and then 3 spark plug wires. The GENIII 4.7 V8's are also now using 16 plugs with 8 coils and 8 wires.

I will change mine at 100k miles. I owned a GM car, where the plug wire failed at 78k mile. but in all fairness that was in '92.

This is a good deal...

You only need 6 for '02-'08 3.7's(those will not work on the 2.4 gasser KJ's) and from 14 years of wrenching professionally aftermarket parts like coils are junk. You can get OEM coils for about $22 each from online dealerships.
