Some people need ALL the help they can get...

And I'm one of them. I would like to remove the front bumper cap on my 2012 Liberty. I have read a few different threads that give me the basic idea, but was wondering if anyone has a link to an actual step-by-step pictorial, including whatever tool(s) and replacement fasteners I might need on hand before starting the project.

A also have AllData but every time I look something up, the text and diagrams seem to always be lacking, making me wonder why I even keep the subscription.

Thank you in advance to anyone that can offer some support.

I highly recommend you go over to lost and search for the 2008 service manual available for download.

Alldata is crap. I got it for my wife's vehicle and I will not renew.. Unfortunately resources for Mercedes are few and far between unless you want to spend somewhere in the area of 300 a month for a Mercedes online service subscription.

Follow the "hints" on this thread. A little old I know, but I did it and got the response. It takes time since I don't think he's on there all that much.

You will need to join and may want to post a bit in discussions.

I got my manual in 2014.http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB...manual#p814210

Excellent video and very informative. I'll just need to watch it 100 times or so to have things go as smooth as they did in the video! Thank you for posting... I'd seen that file come up on Google and ignored it, not realizing exactly what the video was about, so thanks for the heads-up.
