Seatbelt chime

Can't find info for a 2010 Liberty to disable the seatbelt warning chime. Is this possible? Tried the procedure I use for my Wrangler but it didn't work.

I did it in my 2010 you sit in the jeep an put your belt on then turn the car to on once you see all the indicator lights go off you have to disconnect it and reconnect it 3 times in 30 seconds ending with it connected then start the jeep and ur good to go.

Can anyone else confirm this? Does this work for good or is it a one time thing? Does it work for both seats?

When you wrote "disconnect it" you are referring to the seat belt buckle correct?

I'm going to do it that tone drives me nutz.
